Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping on orders above the minimum order value (shown at checkout).

- Express delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on location and weight.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can also track via My Account → Orders.
Delivery Issues
- If your order is delayed, please contact us.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies or circumstances beyond our control.
- If an item is lost in transit, we will investigate and provide a replacement or refund.
